- Maximum Liability: The company’s liability for documents is capped at 10 times the freight charges, and for parcels (valued below ₹5000), it’s limited to 5 times the freight charges or the declared value on the docket, whichever is lower.
- No Indirect Liability: Mirai Logistics is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
